Default Where to go next?

Hello all, it's been a while since I posted. Been getting the itch lately for upgrades on my 2011 FXDWG. This is where I'm at, Arlen Ness Big Sucker, Power Commander V with map from Fuel Moto, Rush Slip Ons with 2.25" baffles, cat-less fat bob head pipe. The bike seems pretty quick but I have to be honest, I could use a little more power. I was thinking a good winter project would be putting in some 255 cams? I'm on a smaller budget these days as my wife and I just added a new edition to the family just over a month ago! On another note, after stage 1ing with the above parts list, my mpg went to hell. Perhaps I should get the cams in and have a proper dyno done? Any thoughts? Thanks!

pc-v is great but you need to check throttle position as it has to be set, that would be about the only reason to lose mileage, unless you twist the throttle hard every chance you get! If your thinking of SE 255 cams don't waste money, speak to FM and they will get you what you need. the 255 is great for a heavy bike and still kicks **** on a dyna, but your power cuts out at 4200 rpm.

Appreciate the suggestions. I think I may start with a proper dyno and custom map and see if that will get me by for a while.
