About this time in 2010 I went to the dealer to order a 11 Street Bob. They had a 10 FXD left and offered it to me for $11,500 so I took it instead,

Since then I wished that I had gotten the Street Bob. Just before Sturgis I went to the dealer and saw that they had a 13 Street Bob on the floor. I waited until I got back from Sturgis. Went to the dealer yesterday and it was still there. They have a truck load of 14's behind the dealer that they couldn't put out yet.

When they offered the same $11,500 on the 13 I went for it. But then it's not the 103 motor but then maybe in three years they will have one at the end of the year. Wait! I'll be 75 then and might not be riding anymore. This one will have to do.

Poor picture but I finished adding the pig tail for the tender and using WD40 to remove the glue from the warning label that says motorcycles are dangerous on the breather cover.
