I'm getting a lot of backfire using the V&H recommended map. Any alternate map suggestions to boost power and reduce backfire? I'm running a Kuryakyn High 5 Mach 2 air cleaner. Thanks!

 

Before you start trying other maps, pull off the Fuelpak and see if you're still getting the backfire. If so, then you most likely have an intake leak or possibly an exhaust leak. Now if what you have is decel pop and not backfiring you just might need another map. Contact V&H and see what they recommend.

 

your probably not going to get rid of the decel pop with a fuelpak.
