Default Reduced Reach Handlebars

Anybody try mounting a set of the reduced reach handlebars on their bike? Do they require new cables and electrical wires as the HD P&A Catalog claims?

I don't have any experience with the handlebars but I had a reduced reach seat that worked good.

I don't know about the hd bars, but I put wild one 560 bars on mine with no cable changes. I would definately refer to them as reduced reach over the stock lowrider bars. Wiring is long enough to internal wire without extensions as well.
