Default Rear tire lock ups

A bad accident happened a couple of weeks ago and some people are blaming it on the rear wheel locked up at 65 mph has anyone ever hear of that happening

Not being funny here but when you have been riding all your life you just use a mix of front and rear as natural as having a cup of tea, OK if you have an accident in front of you that's not the same but I was always told never say never and limit the damage. Bend the bike round with a side shuffle in the seat to avoid a car etc.. If you are going to crash you will end up skidding but not in normal riding and stopping.

the stock pulley bolts are shear bolts, if i was informed correctly. i guess if the primary drive locks up the bolts shear off to prevent wheel lock up. not sure if this may be related to the accident

the pulley bolts are grade 8

I locked up my rear tire to avoid a pile up in front of me at 65mph. Still wrecked pretty bad.

That's all the info I heard I'm not sure if it locked up because of braking or not

I bet who ever told you this was blinking and couldn't keep a straight face,,, thanks for the great laugh..by the way does your car have this safety feature???
