Wondering what the tallest size tbars I can run on a 2008 fxd.

I have a 1994 FXDS right now and Have 14s. Everything Stock worked on my bike now.

 

ive got a 2007 fxd with 8.5 high about 1" pullback the clutch and throttle cables are really on the max now, but other say all good,

 

How tall can you reach, I would say that the tallest you can go. Or did you mean with stock cables? That I can't help you with.

 

go to magnumshielding.com find the stock fxdb street bob cable length, using the search by bike function. write down throttle, idle, clutch, brake lengths

now using the same search function find the stock fxd length, write them down subtract the difference. the idea is to find the difference in fxdb and fxd cable lengths.

once you have these figures you can figure it out easy, stock fxdb cables will work to around 14 inch mx bars/tbars. i have stock fxdb cables on 11 inch forbidden risers with rm low 2 inch rise pro taper bars and they work fine.

FOR EXAMPLE: if stock fxd cables are like 3 inches shorter than stock fxdb cables you can probally use 10 inch. this was an example, you gota do the math and figure it
out.

this is me assuming you want to know how tall you can go with stock cables, the tallest bars you can go are the tallest ones you can find.

I would say this is the tallest, but if u stand on your seat you could get a few more feet.
