I picked up an 05 FXDLi back in December with just under 25k miles and I've had issues with a grinding noise that alternates from time to time from my rotor. I've replaced the rotor, put on a new tire, changed fork fluid and measured for length to ensure the forks are even. Also have new pads and had both an aftermarket tech and the local HD shop run a diagnostic. I've been told the spacers or shims are good and that the bearings are good. I was wondering if anyone else has had similar issues? It doesn't happen continuously and I haven't noticed temperatures making a difference. Thanks in advance for any input.

 

I also have this sound coming from the front wheel. Mostly at slow speeds or pushing around garage. Haven't really looked into it but gets annoying.
