I have a 2013 street bob that I bought joker machine rear led signals for. The new leds come with only 2 wires whereas the wiring for the bike has 3 wires.

Will I need a run, turn, stop module for everything to function?

Yes 2013 bobs are stop, turn, run.

 

with only 2 wires you'll need some form of run turn stop for both run/brake and turn to work. or look for a kit with 3 wires. or get a 1157 red or white led to drop straight into the existing signals.
