Default Getting the Wide-Glide

It's been forever since I've been on, and I had a bit of an oopsie on the Sporty, so, after a couple of years on a metric, I'm finally buying a '13 FXDWG, and I pick it up Saturday (Lord willing and the Creek don't rise...)
Can anyone offer any advice for 'settling in' to the Dyna series? I've been riding a big Kawasaki bagger nomad, so, I'm hopin the adjustment to this somewhat smaller (and much quicker and agile, so I'm told) bike will be relatively painless.

I'm curious- I intend to keep the engine, etc stock, maybe change the exhaust, but how many total miles should I realistically be able to put on this motorcycle before it will finally give up the ghost?

Depends on how well you take care of it. And how hard you beat on it. Ride it / take care of it like you love it and it will last 100,000 miles (+ ).

Congrats on the buy and great choice. My 1994 FXDWG just turned 62,000 and a few issues but no show stoppers. Great ride!
