49mm cowbells available from HD
Looking thru the new parts available, I see there are black, chrome and contrast cut cowbells for the 49mm forks now (black 45600023)
Who'll be the first to put a set on their FXD? This was a thread not too long ago...
Won't be a bolt on, I know, but at least the "raw" parts are out there now

HD's parts store says it only fits '14 touring and trikes. Even if it could be made to fit, I've grown to love my jammers and probably wouldn't take the plunge anyway.
I might change my mind once I see them mounted on a Dyna.

I have a pair of them
There is still one big reason why these will not work on a 2006~Current 49mm Dyna: The fender mount on the slider just as I said previously when this came up. If you changed the sliders over to 2014 FLT , you would have a direct bolt up to your 14mm bolt & damper rod with dual caliper mounts and lowered fender mounts utilizing all of the standard caliper mounts and not the bastard raised 2006~Current slider caliper mounts. This will not work on (direct bolt up without more modifications) only the FXDF and the WideGlides (usually do not want dual rotors). FXDF models, the hub is a bastard sized width and the calipers would not align up on the rotors without the use of a rotor spacer & use the FLT sliders & adapter bracket for the beer cans. You can change out the hub to a 2000~Current FLT front wheel on a FXDF. How do I know all of this? I have the parts and I have already measured and done it.
These beer cans will direct bolt-up on my new 1986~2013 clamp top tree with 49mm fork tubes ready for inspection at Biketoberfest in Daytona featuring my cartridge kit installed, the same ones that I have been doing for several years in a 49mm Dyna. Here is the actual parts with the beer cans not shown and also a FLT wheel on a set of FXDF triple trees.
Top: V-Rod~49mm FXD fork but not FXDWG as they are just longer
Middle: 2006~Current FXD Damper Rod & check valve with 2014 FLT Slider.
Bottom: 2014 FLT 49mm fork tube, the exact same as the V-Rod~49mm FXD but shorter, same fork tube thickness.
FXDF triple trees on a FLT wheel with V-Rod sliders (same caliper mounting as the FLT
