Removable driver's backrest?

Removable driver's backrest?
As some of you may know, I'm a newer rider and have been freakin' loving my (new to me) Wide Glide! I've got a fairly comfortable seat, with a little bit of back support, but on some of my more recent longer rides, my back gets a little stuff/sore, even with a break here and there. Eventually, I'll get a new 1-up seat, but for now, what are my options for a removable/ temporary backrest for me, that will work with my existing setup? I don't need a La-z-boy or anything extreme, just something to rest my back on, for the longer rides, but that can also be easily removed. (Also, I've seen some crazy ugly contraptions that look like they're pressing the driver from the sissy bar - kind of weird.
Any thoughts from things you've seen or experienced?

YNOTS - I love that seat! I've looked online and saw that seat from Mustang in the 1-up with the backrest and love the looks. The only downside is that most of these are around $450 or more, haha. Maybe I'll see if any go on sale around Christmas. Thanks for the post and the pic!

I took a stock 2006 Wideglide seat since it is basically a 2 piece seat on a 1 piece pan and made my own...it is removable. I had a back injury and needed it, now I only run it when I feel like it.
Think I paid $50 for the upholstery, but rest was stuff I had.
I also shaved and shaped the seat since I'm short and now have a seat that fits me great.
Don't know if you want to do that kind of work, but it sure is cheaper!
You can see in this pic that it just basically takes the pressure off your lower back which is where I needed the support.
