Default Wheel packing I really need some advice.

I took my front wheel apart because the seals were leaking grease, its now turned into a nightmare job, I cant get the front wheel far enough over to the left because it feels like the washers are stopping the big wheel spacer go far enough into the seal.

I THINK I might have repacked it wrong

By the way its a 1997 FXDL Lowrider.

Heres is a diaghram of how I repacked the wheels, imagine you are standing infront of the bike looking towards it.

Washers and shims go inboard of the bearing, they sit between the tubular spacer and the back of the bearing.
