No rear electrics

No rear electrics
Hi guys , this is my first post and i need help !
I have a 2010 fat bob with a wide glide rear fender, the rear wiring harness came loose from the fender and the tyre rubbed through the wiring and shorted,( i run a sparto rear light unit ) Now that i have replaced the wiring loom i have no rear lights, fuel gauge , flashers or horn .The bulbs are ok as are the 15amp fuses, the alarm and headlights work, any ideas ?
