I have knocked a pin hole in my oil pan on my 1999 Wide Glide, can the oil pan be removed without removal of the engine?

 

I remember a trick my father taught me about this years ago .
An easy fix for that problem comes from a Pezz dispenser ..

 

Not sure about removal but you could try and patch the pan with Marine Tex epoxy. This stuff is like steel. Gas and oil will not effect it and heat will not bother it as well and it can be sanded and painted. I fixed a gas tank once and it worked perfectly. I sanded it and painted it black and it lasted until I got rid of that bike. Probably still holding to this day.
