Speedo/Tach Gauge?

Speedo/Tach Gauge?
Greetings all,
My wife and I just purchased 2 2013 HD Switchbacks (one red and one blue). Once some money things go through, we should have them w/in 10 days or so.
One of my "issues" w/ the bike, is that I really want a handlebar mounted gauge for the speeds/tach and what not. I'd much rather have the gauge cluster in my immediate view vs. having to look down. What I envision is taking the gauge cluster off the tank, somehow capping the hole (can I use a touring bike cap for where the fuel goes?) and remounting the gauge cluster to the handlebar somehow w/ some kind of housing.
Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
BTW, over the past week, I've test ridden a 2014 Road King, Fat Bob and 2005 Super Glide and liked the Switchy the best. Coming from a Suzuki SV1000, it's definitely a different ride, but I like it.
Thanks!

FWIW, I installed the hd combination speedo / tach last weekend. It's a great piece, extremely easy to install, and customizable. It's not the high mount custom gauges you're looking for, but may be a readily achievable alternative.
The only other idea is to try the bar mounted gauge pod from another model. The electronics of the gauges may be interchangeable.
