Default Wide glide wheel advise

Hi everyone, could anyone tell me if a 17"x 4.5" rim will lace up to a 21" hub.
What I want to do is put my back rim on the front and go with 5.5" on the back
The bike is a 2013 wide glide.
THANKS

You can lace anything to anything if its got the right amount of spokes and the right spoke kit.
