Default do i need to have it dyno tuned???

ok so i had it dyno tuned for vance and hines slip ons. but now i built these custom pipes i figure it generates more restriction which means richer running. and we all know harley has to make em lean when they tune. so do i need to re dyno for these pipes???

I would just run it the way it is and check your plugs in about 300 miles or so.
