Default Burly Slammer Kit Installed

Installed a slammer Kit on my 2006 Dyna Low Rider FXDL Rear was no problem. I did the Front on another Day and forgot to jack the bike what a mess. Harley E Fluid all over the place lost the washer too. Okay anybody knows what comes out of the front shocks. I first removed the Nut with o-ring, washer, spring collar was 11" long and the spring. When I Installed the Burly I started with the Oil shock sliders all the way in and filled to 4.3" from the top and stroke it several times to remove air bubbles I next let the sliders extend all the way out and installed the Burly Long spring ,short spring ,washer ,1" plastic bushing and O-ring and nut. My question is was I suppose to put back the 11" thin wall spring collar and what is the right amount of oil that goes in the shocks, Book says 29.6 oz is this per a slider or both my Harley dealer says 11.0 oz per shock.

Thank you,

Hammertime
