Default Harley-Davidson 90200570 Single-Sided Swingarm Bag review

I know some of you guys have this bag. I've done a search and really can't come up with anything. I live in Northern Ca.Morning commute this time of year can go bellow 40*F with nearly 80* for the ride home. So basically Lunch and light weight gloves would go in the bag in the morning and for the ride home a long sleeve tshirt or light weight thermal shirt, heavier gauntlet gloves, long johns and I like to switch out full-face shields, clear in am and smoke for ride home as my commute is headed due west into the sun in the afternoon. I know the shield thing may be a stretch but can live with the clear shield with sunglasses underneath. I've already got a fender strut solo bag I modified from a tack bag but would rather go with the swingarm bag harley makes, looks cleaner. If I can't get a definite capacity report from you guys I'll bring my gear to Cottati Harley and see if they'll let me cram all my crap in their display model, thing is I'm ging to order from New Castle HD....way cheaper. Thanks in advance

I have one and love it. The first thing you need to do is mount it with large zip ties and not the buckle type fasteners it comes with. When I first installed it with the buckles it really sucked, but when you use zip ties it really allows you to use all the room. I can fit mt Iphone a bottle of water extra gloves my lunch and cram a hoodie in there, you just have to pack it right, but the straps are adjustable so things can stick out the top a little.

I'm considering selling mine. I like it well enough, but it just isn't what I was looking for. I just installed it too: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...l#post11861439

Thanks for the responses guys. I saw the 265 cu/in on the web site as well. My homemade solo bag is 10x11x2.5=275 cu/in. I plan on using zip ties as well--those buckles take up some room for sure. So if a hoodie can be crammed in sounds like it might meet my needs. I'm going to see if anyone else chimes in. Camden I think your bag should sell pretty quick---if your into shipping it to California I might be intrerested if you wanna shoot me a price! Hey ghira75 , looks like your making good use of available space for your cargo needs!!!
