Was wondering if anyone can help with a question I have.. My bro has a 2012 night rod special .. I have a 2012 fat bob .. I want to know if any of you guys.. Or gals out there know if the v rod front tire would fit my fat bob? His tire is a 19" mine is a 16" ... Thanks for your input !

 

The VROD has a cush drive hub, the Dyna does not. It's not going to work if you are talking about the rear. For the front make new spacers. The guy to talk to about this is Chip at San Diego Customs. Look them up.

you can remove the cush drive like alot of vrod riders have, machine a spacer and direct mount a pulley to the vrod rear hub, need a pre 06 vrod rear wheel 180x5.5, need to make a spacer and swap bearings. for the front the 19x3.5 is a easy swap for the street bob mid glide, not sure about the fatbob/wideglide front end, although i believe if hogpro says it fits... it fits.

my bike is undergoing this swap at the moment, when its complete and the engine is finished ill post some pics.
