Default What's wrong with me?

I have a 2011 Dyna Super Custom, that I like more than any Harley I have ever owned, but the Softail Slim keeps calling to me. I can't afford to own both, but the Slim calls to me, daily. I know, it won't lean over as far as the Custom, weighs more, and the B engine will never be a standard one. The FL front end, sitting IN the bike, not ON it, floor boards, etc, keep calling me. There are still 13's available at dirt cheap prices. What does a Harley lover do???

HELP!!!!!

This is a perfectly normal feeling. I have traded several bikes that I was satisfied with.

I love the look on that bike. One of my favorite Softail. I would love to trade my Night Rod Special for either Slim or Breakout.

After you get the Slim there will be something else. Don't think for a second that if you do the deal you won't have the same feeling a year later.

Rootro, I do understand that. I had an early model Street Glide that hated curves. Have heard that the ones since 08 are so much better. My '05 Heritage never felt right either. Are the new Slims better than the Heritage. If not, am I just wasting my time, wanting?

Be happy with what you have.
If it runs and is paid for that should be enough.

I had the same problem when I saw the Breakout. Five months after I got mine, I found out what mine was worth and what the Breakout payments would be. That ended that dream right there.

Yep. I'm still up side down on the Dyna. I will probably be dead before any Slim would be paid off, for sure. But it is one of the best lookin' bikes Harley sells...

You'd think that by the time a man is in his 60's he would not get crazy over a certain motorcycle. Guess that motorcycle crazy is FOREVER....tp
