So my Brother gave me a set of stock FXDX shocks. I know they are 1.5" over stock but is there any other reason they won't fit?

 

Hey if u got them for free there's nothing to lose by just fitting them & have a look! I don't see why they won't fit, mountings are almost the same after all. The thing to watch out for is the bottom shock mount (right hand side) or axle nut hitting the exhaust, but with the shorties you've got on there it looks like it won't be an issue.
