I'm not sure what size o2 sensors you have now and what size go in the thunderheader, but I did a search online and found multiple places selling adapters. They allow you to install larger size o2 sensors in smaller o2 sensor holes. Just search online for "harley davidson o2 sensor adapters"

All the search results were for adapters that allow you to screw an 18mm o2 sensor into the hole/bung for a 12mm o2 sensor. Don't know if theres other sizes or not. Here are the search results.

If you don't need the sensor you can buy a plug at HD dealer. They sell 12mm and 18mm. This is what I did on mine. Make sure that you use an anti-freeze locktite.

Anti-seize is found in copper or aluminium form.

Please do some research on the adaptors, from my research and knowledge, the adaptors will make the O2 sensors useless because they are no longer in the exhaust stream, some one with more knowledge can chime in, but that is IMHO.
Another alternative is removing the 12mm bungs and have the proper one welded on.

Also, the pipes were made for a newer model, due to Harley changing to 12mm O2 sensors on the newer models I believe.

Good advice. Also the bungs are in a different place now, they used to be near the top to heat them, now they are further down because they are self-heating. Chances are that plus an adapter is going to make the readings from them pretty bad.
