Default MS Gauntlet Fairing .... A Couple Pics

Mounted mine a few nights ago, and haven't had a chance to really try it yet. I have Santee drag bars, and thought some might be interested in how they cleared the fairing.

It looks great. Mines at paint, but I should have it next weekend.

You'll be surprised at the protection it offers. It's no street glide, but it takes a lot off the chest. M

Good to hear. Yeah, I wish it was a few inches larger ( in width, anyway), and the headlight wasn't as recessed. Maybe MS is working on a clear insert, to cover the lamp?

Looks great! I've been wrestling back and forth on which quarter fairing to get. Really leaning towards the Gauntlet. Your pics helped!

Looks great. How would a 7" Fatboy light work? I don't think it would fit.

They make a few different versions. I'm sure they have one for a 7" headlight, but I'm not sure about alignment to your bike.

theres quite a few ways to push the headlight out a bit so it doesnt sit so far back. I have 2 simple brackets I've used, and they give plenty of adjustment, high low, forward and back. You can pick em up at home depot. They are about an inch long with a hole on each end for the bolts.
