Default street bob tank changes in 2010

I've been reading the specs on the street bob's and it seems up until 2010 the tanks were 4.8 gallons. from 2010 onward they are listed at 4.7 gallons. Does anybody know if the tank changed (got smaller) or if they just measured the internal volume differently?

4.8 verses 4.7-The fuel capacity difference between the two in unmeasurable. The tanks on the outside look the same to me. I'd say it's more likely an inside measurement change. But really nothing to sweat.

Thanks. Was thinking of swapping to a narrower tank and using the 2013 street bob instrument console.
