Maybe I can save someone else a headache.I purchased the RSD Nostalgia cam
cover for my 2013 FXDWG.The cover fits the engine fine but will not work with
the factory exhaust.The rear head pipes hits the RSD cover.The RSD cover is thicker than the stock piece.

 

That sucks. Look at the similar, finned cover from Figure Machine. Same look but probably thinner.

 

I spent about six hours with a map gas torch and a hammer.I can now take my
exhaust off and put it back on blind folded.Not happy with what I had to do but
it will work until I can buy a different exhaust system.

 

I installed an RSD Nostalgia Derby cover on my 09 RKC and if you have the OEN footboards, the left side hits the face of the cover when it is in the stowed position. on the forward, inboard corner. Had to grind away a little floorboard to make it fit.
