Hey all.
Wanted to hear opinions.
M debating with myself if i should get the RED or the WHITE Vintage grips.
M not going to powdecoat the wheels, however i might put whitewalls when the time comes.
What i am planning to do, color-wise, is to wait until HD puts out a chrome Bob console,
get a stock take-off off E-Bay and have it powder-coated RED.

So what do you say, Red or White?

I only voted for the red grips because the white grips will never stay clean. In all reality I wouldn't go with the red grips either.

I think a new dash is only like $35. If you want to powder coat one, I wouldn't wait for a cheap take off when you can get a new one so cheap. I don't remember for certain, but it's in that neighborhood from M&M, Surdyke or Zanottis.

If you're dead set on these two choices I would go with the red. If you are open to another choice and this is the look you're going for I would look at some red or blue metal flake grips and a red or blue metal flake seat. I think these would look Cool on your bike. If you're gonna do an accent color, there should be more than just the grips the same color. An all black bike with colored grips just wouldn't look right to me. Powdercoating the rims red and doing whitewalls will make all the difference.
