Default Cam Spacer Question

So i was installing my andrews cams in my 95" build and i noticed a washer (spacer?) sitting next to me, that I don't remember. Well i looked through all of the diagrams and instructions and i can't find anything on it, it might not be anything, but my gut tells me its another rear cam spacer. So I think it is a cam spacer that goes behind the bigger cam spacer that the cam sprocket sits on?

Pics are attached
its the washer around the rear cam…..

So am I correct?

the current order is cam, smaller cam spacer, larger cam spacer, sprocket….

Ideas?

You supposed to check the chain sprocket alignment, you know right? I have done several cams without changing spacers. If the chain is misaligned, you might need the washer.
