I chose this route. K&N publishes all of their dyno results on their webpage, probably have one specifically for your bike. I haven't seen one other bike with my intake. It looks great and is high quality. Other designs available, too.

I'd sure like to witness them actually getting a 14% horsepower increase from just an air filter change!
Sure, if they started with a really dirty stock filter, and a clean K&N filter, maybe they could pull that off.
From the K&N website testimonials section:
"All I can say is most people won't believe this but then it's their loss...in miles per gallon that is. I Own 2 Harleys, a 1979 HD Sportster that several years ago I put a K&N air filter on and felt like it doubled it's performance"....
OK, the dude has feelings, but wouldn't it be better to stick to verifiable facts? Why would they even put junk like that on their website?

I wonder why they show the dyno sheet for a specific bike and test, and then describe the increase as "estimated"? Was the increase real or not? There's some rather sketchy language going on there.
