Default new exhaust on my 2014 streetbob question

hey guys, I just recently purchased a new 2014 dyna streetbob, first thing I want to do is get rid of that stock exhaust, I'm looking at the vance and hines big shots, my question is, do I need to upgrade the air cleaner and put a upgraded fuel pak in for my bike to run properly with the new exhaust? thanks very much, any help would be muchly appreciated.

The consensus that I've seen on this forum is that you can change the pipes OR the air intake and not worry with a tuner. Personally, you will end up doing it all anyway, I'd just bite the bullet and do it.

Congrats! Tons of threads on this. The consensus seems to be if you do just the exhaust you are fine. If you do both a tune is recommended.

Exhaust or air cleaner is going to further lean you afr. Bikes are lean as hell from factory. Anything you do, new high flow exhaust or highflow ac will require either HD flash or piggyback efi tuner.

Do yourself a favor and tune the bike with a proper tuner............Cheap is only for todays satisfaction , for permanent happiness , do things right the first time .
