I installed my 2" DK Customs (Forum Sponsor) Tank Lift on my Superglide on Sunday. It is an easier project if you have a helper to keep the dash from scratching the tank while installing the new vacuum line. I went by DK Customs to look at the 2" lift and ran into Kevin the Owner of DK. He introduced me to his partner and some of his staff. Kevin showed me his manufacturing side of his business and his quality control operations of his business.

We talked bikes and rides as he told me about his 13,000 mile Artic Circle ride with his wife Mary this past summer before showing me the trike they rode and the tank lift he installed on the trike. I believe his comments that not only does it look better but will allow more air to flow to the engine to keep it cooler.

I am attaching two night pictures of the lift and the tank clearance. I like the tank sitting a little higher in the front end and the ease of the installation when two people are doing the install. The instructions provided are spot on.
