Default Front brake buzzing sound

I have a 2006 wide glide that makes a strange buzzing sound when applying the front brakes.Any ideas?I also noticed when turning left at speed I feel a slight vibration from the front wheel.Could this be a wheel bearing or brake rotor issue? The bike has. 23,000 miles on it

I would check the brake rotor and caliper and make sure mating surfaces are smooth. And check to make sure the caliper is tightly mounted for starters if you haven't already done that.

I can't be sure based on your description, however if you have a perforated front disc it would be normal to hear a sort of buzz when you brake with it. The holes help keep the rotor cool but it can be noisy. Unless this bike has been yours a long time and the noise is recent, well then that could be something else. Like I said more info needed , perhaps a picture...

If you do a Google search you will find that Harleys in general have less then quiet front brakes. There are some brands of pads will help this but due to the nature of the caliper some noise is normal. My Road King did this as does my friends 13 FXDC

It's the bike telling you that it doesn't want to go slow down!

Not sure about the 06 but the newer Dynas with the floating disc make a slight buzzing sound. Mine has done it since new.

Never had a bike with perforated disks that didn't make a buzz sound to some degree or another.

Floating rotor causes this.

Is the perforated rotors causing this. My FXRs rotors aren't floating and do the same thing.
