As far as the front end, check out the traxxion straight rate springs with intimidator thread. If you want to lower it try sliding the tubes further up in the trees if you still want to keep a good ride. As far as the rear shocks, there are a ton of different options: ricor, works, ohlins, jri, bitubo, just depends on is much you want to spend. Search around for rear shocks there's a bunch of reviews and thoughts on here. Good luck

Being so light, you could get away with lowering it and not sacrifice "too much" ride quality, like an 11" shock or so. Or, what I did for a while, is use lowering blocks on the rear. That'll drop it, and give you a slammed look, but you're still getting a better ride quality than that of a 10 or 11 inch shock. My opinion.
