I just wanted to share a cool story about Nightrider's killer customer service. They deserve all the support they get!

A friend of mine got hit while riding a while back, and the bike was totaled. When he went to the dealership to pull all his add-ons off the bike, he forgot to grab one of the Xieds.

So last week I told him that I got a pair and he was like, "Pair?! Isn't it just one?!" When I reminded him that he should have two, he had an "Ah-ha!" moment.

I suggested that he email Nightrider about the situation and see if he could buy a single XiED, and they said that they'd see of they could find one and asked for his address. The next afternoon, he got a confirmation email saying that it was on the way.

These days, this sort of outstanding customer service is way too rare and I thought I should let them get a little credit for it. If you've been on the fence about buying XiEDs, maybe this will help you make up your mind, knowing that your money is going to a good company that is there for their customers long after the sale.

 

Its always good to hear about a company that goes out of their way for a customer. My Xied's have worked as advertised. Great product

 

Ditto on the customer service, I had called him prior to placing my order with some questions and we talked for a good while about the XiEDs and exhausts as well; I found out he carried the 12mm 02 bung adaptors and I ordered those too.

 

I have had awesome service from them as well. Kudos to Nightrider for keeping up the "gold" standard!
