Default upper shock bolt cover

It cracked is it easy to replace?

Yes all you need is to lift the back of the bike off the ground and take off your seat and you will find a 3/4 inch nut on the end of the shock bolt. Take off and your there.

ahh man i just threw 2 out! they all crack, i turned new spacers that looked better so i could ditch the covers

HD has them... have you thought of pulling your stock spacers and just having those powder coated? we do them alot and that way it is clean and done never have to worrya bout it

Mine cracked as well, ordered new ones from HD. The guy looked at me funny because he had never ordered them before. Be mindful that they may take a while to get them in.

I did take a grinder to them to make the hole a little bigger so that the shocks have room to move with out cracking them again.

we coat them for like $7 each, they are so cheap to coat that is the way to go for sure
