Default Newer dyna clutch cable slack. How to adjust

Anyone know how to do this? I bought new levers and I can't get the clutch cable out of the handlebar housing. Need to know how/where to adjust it to get some slack in it.

there should be a little ribbed sleeve on the cable - slide that down and use a 1/2 and 9/16ths (or maybe a 7/16ths I forget) wrench to loosen the bolts on the adjusting rod. takes 5 seconds.

follow your cable you will see the centre cable adjuster,,,, but really if you must ask a simple question like this ,,, then do you have the skill level too re adjust your cable too the correct specs no offence meant,,, then make sure your new lever has the required bump too work your safety switch as most after market don't...
