Tried to search for this, but no luck..

I could get a sweet deal on a 2000 oem dyna forward controls, but i'm not sure will they fit my 2007 street bob.

By looking at pics of available sets, i can't see any differences to the 2000 version, but that does not mean that they are matching.

Does anyone actually know?

The only difference is in the brake rod, on the 2000 it is a little shorter by about 1/4 inch, I know this as I installed the 2006 and up set on my 02 and the 06 rod was adjusted to its shortest point If you are getting a great deal you can check with HD for a price on the brake rod only, or install as is but might not much adjustment left afterwards.

I have the older set on both mine and my brother's 2006s...so as someone who has actually done what you are asking, then YES it will work.

Only issue I have is that the shifter rod is slightly shorter...took a file and put a notch on the shifter piece that just touched the primary cover.

If its a good deal then buy it...you can always get the longer shift rod if you want.

Seems like modding or extra parts is needed on both sides with these.

Pricewise it was closer to the cheaper end sets found on ebay, so with new rods, it'll be at least the same price and probably even more.

So off to ebay...
