Some of you may have seen my bike on E-Bay last fall with a buy it now price of $12,500.
I was looking for a bike at the time and came across this Street Bob and wondered why no one bid on it. Well, after much E-mailing the owner and phone conversations I took the plunge and hit the buy it now option. This bike had just under 500 miles and full factory warrenty. @ $15,500 for the same bike at my dealer I figured what the hell I can handle used.
On top of the fantastic price it also came with Big Guns-3 pipes and air kit, 2-up seat, forward controls and drag bars all installed by the dealer.
It as been a flawless free bike so far and I love the power it has. Guess I just got lucky, I think most thought it was a too good to be true deal. Of course I still had to pay taxes and some paper work compared to the $15,500 out the door price at the dealer.
Anyone else with a super deal like this?

I did come across a super deal myself, a buddy of mine at work won a 07 street bob from a raffle at the local HD dealer but didn't want to pay the taxes on it (almost 5 grand), so he sold it to me for 7 grand, then I turned around and sold it to some sucker on ebay for $12,500!......LOL

 

Are you saying Bluebob's your sucker? Regardless, HE got a good buy from his report! Sounds like your mate is the sucker (and a tight one at that)!

I would have to say YOUR the sucker if you would let an 07 with $1200.00 in options go for $12,500!
Next time you better ask your old lady for permission to buy the next bike or you will lose your a$$ again.

mine would have been 14,993.18 out the door from my dealer (5 miles) if i hadn't thrown in a bunch of accessories. so it hink its probabaly a pretty darn good deal you got. although for 1500 bucks i personally would buy new again over ebay, just never know how they rode those first 500 miles.

 

$14,400 out the door. If that's better than some prices available now, it could be because I bought in early February. Black Cherry Bob...love it.

 

I bought my 07 street bob off of E-bay for $12,500 from a real cool guy. It came with a two up seat, quick de-tachable windshield, and Rhinehart slip-ons. It was in CO and I live in AR. My sister who lives in CO went and got it for me and I flew out to see her and road the bike back (over 850 mi.). There are good deals out there....you just have to be patient and wait for them. The dealer here in town wanted $14,960 with no accesories and 10.9% financing!!!!! I got a credit card loan for 3.9% for 60 months.

 

Sounds like some decent deals, at least a grand under what our local dealers wanted. I have just under 13,500 with tax, title, plates and gas driving 1200 miles round trip to get it.
Not a real good deal considering just that but with the 1200.00+ in accessories it really made it worth it, besides, I got to see some nice country on the way to get it.
