I have a 2005 Lo Rider and want to know what change on these bikes. I have a chance to get a Sundowner deep bucket at a good price but it states it fits up to 03. The parts book lists a differnet part number for 04 and 05 and anothe rev level part number for 06. I know the frame changed in 06 but not sure about before.

Any help?

 

Like you saw, the '04/'05 models take a different seat, regardless of seat mfg. I recently bought a '04/'05 Mustang Fastback seat from Westendmotorsports on closeout sale for $207. Great deal on a fine seat. Good back support, great looks, decent long distance comfort. Not as wide or plush as a Sundowner but plush doesn't equal long distance comfort.

 

2006 was the big change for the Dynas, Frame and 6 speed transmission 07 the 96" engine.
The new Lowrider has replacing the Super Glide Custom, I think it looks cool. My first
Harley was an old Lowrider, the Wife and I used to ride all over Nevada on it. I am glad
to see the Lowrider back in the line up.

2004 & 2005 seats fit only 2004 & 2005 Dynas, no go for the 2003 seat.
