Default Seat Bumpers?

Hey guys I have a question about seat bumpers. I have a 2013 wide glide and have put a Sundowner seat on it for the wife and I when we are 2 up. My question is I like to ride solo a lot and change back to a solo seat. However I dont want to leave the stupid seat bumpers on while in solo mode. Is there some alternative to the bumpers that can be removed with the seat?

I have the stock passenger seat. All I did was peal the bumpers off the fender and flipped them so the sticky side of the bumpers is on the seat. Might have to add some more glue to get them to stick to the seat

With the seat moving though with bumps wont that still rub the clear coat off? Could I put like a soft cloth under the seat when I use it?

WHY THE HELL DIDNT I THINK OF THAT! GENIUS! I'll be heading to Lows tonight to get some furniture bumpers to put on the bottom of the seat.
