I'm 5'11" and my saddle sits pretty low, but despite these factors my arms aren't very high up when I'm gripping the bars. I'd like to install some risers on my own-- maybe 3 or 4-inch with 1 or 2-inch pull-back.

I have access to all kinds of tools and I can get the parts no problem. How difficult is this kind of task?
