Default I need help extending smaller speedo wire 2001 fxdxt

I am trying to raise my speedo higher and the bigger wire bundle is fine but the smaller wire is too short. What options do I have and where does that wire go?

Thanks!

it runs along the upper frame spine and down in under the seat. You may be able to get a few inches of extra slack by removing your seat, tank feeding the wire forward and lightly pulling. Probably have to pull the fuel tank to cut the zip ties that hold it to the frame backbone, they are tight from the factory.
