Just replaced the levers on my bike. And I just used the old bushings and pins. From what I saw most levers do not come with new ones. Just make sure the old ones are in good shape.

I just replaced my levers with black ones from eBay and they had the bushings in them. I wouldn't have replaced them if they didn't though.

Just be careful replacing the brake lever. Very easy to break the switch.

When I installed my brake lever a couple weeks ago I just slid the switch housing down the bars. Didn't have to worry about the brake switch.

Right. If you slide the housing down the bars, the brake switch is away from the lever. Replace lever, and slide the housing back down.
