I am looking for some straight apes. basically i want my knuckles straight forward all of the 16"-20" seem to bend back quite a bit. anybody have some place i should look? i guess what i mean is i want my arms straight out when holding the bars like im throwing a punch not pulled back at an angle??

I put Wild 1 Chubby's Outlaw Apes on my Road Glide. I had the same concern as you, do not like my wrist twisted. These are real good with very limited rotation.

Not sure you are going to find something completely straight, they are all going to have some angle. These were the best per my research for this issue.

It seems that in order for your wrist to be straight like a punch the width of the bars would need to be very narrow from grip end to grip end, about as wide as your shoulders. If the bars get wider and the stay straight then your wrist will need to turn inboard and not stay in a straight line with your arms. I can't see having a set of apes that are 16" tall but only 17" wide end to end to accomplish something like this (for me), that is what my hand straight out in front of me with my wrist straight measures. That would put my down tubes about 2"-3" apart, something more along the lines of T-bars.

my buddy is getting a pair custom made by Hogrida, sounds similar to what you're asking for - wrist angle like t-bars but the look of apes… try looking him up!

You can also check out BR Customs. You can look through all the examples they have on their website and pick the specs you like. They were great to work with and will pretty much do whatever you're looking for. And above all else they deliver a quality product.
