If you already have adjustable pushrods, why not just do the job yourself?
Remove pushrods covers, pushrods, lifter block, lifters.
Set front cylinder at TDC (so both valves are closed) and perform upgrade. Do the same for the rear cylinder.
Seems like basic tools (screwdriver to remove pushrod covers; open end wrench to loosen/remove pushrods; and maybe allen wrench to remove lifter blocks) would be used to perform this repair.
Of course a service manual might help here too.
