Crank Run Out

Crank Run Out
I had a highly recommended indy shop put gear drive cams in my bike a while back. When I asked what my crank run out was, he just said it was all good.
I'm still kinda paranoid. I've got just under 2000 miles on them and so far everything is fine. I changed the oil a couple days ago and the magnet on the plug was clean. Bike has 32.200 miles on it.
If the run out was out of spec, how long before I'd notice something...flywheel imploding?

Ya never know you could be twisting it every day the same way for years and one day pop! Do you hear the cams turning? You could get someone else to open the timing cover and check the runout for you. It will cost you but you might feel re-assured. (maybe)
Have you had any other work done to it?

02 was the last year of the forged crank and Timken stock. It took someone at the factory to dial in the endplay. In 07 they sent the mfr to Mexico and also went to a tapered rod for ease of mfr. They are now built for corporate profits and not max durribility. To be honest most twin cams make it through the warranty period when left in stock configuration.
