Do I need a shorter kickstand on WG?

I got a set of 1" lowering blocks on mine. The stock kickstand works fine. It doesnt lean over as far anymore but I dont feel its unsafe. You do have to take into account that your gas guage will be even less accurate than it already is and that your fluid levels will not read accurately either on the dip sticks.

I have used the Arlen Ness shorter stand. I recently went back to OEM shocks and installed the OEM stand. Last weekend I put the Burly's back on and left the OEM stand on. Doesn't seem like you have to change to a shorter stand, but I am still a bit nervous about the OEM one. Plenty of people continue to use the OEM stand with lowered bikes with no issue. You should be ok.

When I lowered my Bob, I used the stock one at first and fond it too vertical and had to watch how I parked it. I looked at grinding down the tab, but it would not have sit in the slot well and I would have had to cut some of the frame to make it fit better.
A new jiffy stand is $50, finding your bike taking a dirt nap is not my ideal dream.
