Default home made belt protector

HI,

My bottom belt gaurd only covers half of the belt lenght ways, so dirt and rocks from the tire can full on the belt. So I made my own belt protectort that runs the length of the belt on bottom side. Look at photo carefully and you will see:-)

I feel like this is a game of "Where's Waldo"

Is that plexi glass? Make sure it doesn't rub against the belt.

yea you win JMUMMERY, hahaa.

It's made of Lexan and it clears the belt heaps, it looks like it touches the belt because of the angle of photo. It has a 45 degree folt 25mm on the end.
I made it cuase my belt did not hide under the original belt gaurd and I think that was because I changed my rear rim to 5.5inch wide. There was lots of grid falling on the belt from the tire.

The lower guard has a handy little window for measuring belt tension and it's barely visible anyway so mine stays on .
