Default Picked up an 08 Street Bob last week

As the title says, picked up a SB last week and cant wait to start chopping on it.Spent a little while doing a rendering in Photoshop of how I would like the bike to look and spent a few hours online looking for parts to make that happen. First and foremost I have never liked the looks of an exposed shock bike as all I have ever owned are rigids. It is what it is though so I have decided the best way to hide that shock is to make it black. Second thing on the list is a 21" front spoke. From there I have decided the Burly Slammer kit, for dropping the front and rear. Gotta do something about that rear fender and seat so I will be doing a swingarm mount tight hugging bobbed fender. Side mount plates, 16" apes and a whole lot of blacking out are on the list as well. The bike came with V&H big radious so those will stay with powdered heat shields. It also came with forward controls which I will replace with some homemade mids. Haven't decided on the seat or Intake as of yet but still looking. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Looks good, nice photoshoping. I spent a lot of time on my old bike using PS to get it to look like I wanted and then made it match the rendering. Takes some on the guesswork out of it.

I'm trying to get away from the bobber look and would trade you my 2013 street bob fender and side mount plate for your 2008 fender and taillight..I'm after that club bike look.

Toeknee, I would gladly swap fenders with ya. Hell, I will swap ya tins straight across if ya want. Mine have a factory flame job on them and are just one rainy weekend away from becoming rattle canned anyway.

I'm not really feeling the flame job, I'm gonna just paint it to match the tins I have.. I'm willing to meet you to trade up. Where are you located at?
