Let us know how you like after you pick up and have put a few miles on. We'll be watching for your review.

Another tidbit I have read on the Nightstick is it breaks in and gets a bit louder after putting some miles on it but still nowhere near "loud".

The Nightstick is a bit louder than the stock muffler. There is the slightest burble or 2 under decel and I mean slight. Low end torque seems a bit better. Wife said she could hear the bike when I was behind her with her windows down under acceleration. Still had someone back out of a parking spot in front of me. I am really not wanting the pipe much louder as I leave for work at 0500. The XL had a Cobra PowerPro 2-1 pipe on it and it was a bit too loud for me. If I do add a few disks in the pipe it for sure is going to need XiED's at the least.

Thanks for the report. I'm still debating between stock or change it. Have over 600 miles and I think the stock is sounding a little better. Right now I think it will stay stock but next week who knows.

Depending on how you ride your stock air cleaner should be fine. I did the heavy breather on mine but it did not make a difference till after 4K rpm. If the 2014 Air cleaners are indeed flowing more air you wont need to change until you decide to cam or do big bore etc.
